In anticipation of the upcoming exhibition Cornelia Hahn Oberlander: Genius Loci, we will be screening the documentary City Dreamers, which features Landscape Architect Cornelia Hahn Oberlander. City Dreamers is a powerful documentary about four trailblazing female architects who, for generations, have been working, observing and agitating about the transformations shaping the cities of today and tomorrow. Phyllis Lambert, Blanche Lemco van Ginkel, Cornelia Hahn Oberlander and Denise Scott Brown have worked with some of the greatest architects of our time, including the likes of Mies van der Rohe, Le Corbusier, Louis Kahn, and Robert Venturi. In the course of their inspiring careers, they have left an indelible mark on cities across North America and Europe.
How it works: Our virtual screening of City Dreamers means that you can enjoy this film from the comfort of your own home, with a dedicated link sent to each subscriber on May 6th that will be active for 48 hours. The film will start with an introduction by co-curator Amery Calvelli who will speak about the upcoming exhibition. To subscribe to the film, purchase a ticket to the virtual screening. We hope you will join us!
