Hosting community exhibitions and works from Art Rentals and Sales

Several times a year, the Art Gallery of Alberta’s lower level gallery is transformed by exhibitions developed from the community.

The Community Exhibition Program connects the Art Gallery of Alberta with other groups in the Edmonton area who are interested in presenting small exhibitions and are in need of a venue. The program is undertaken in a spirit of collaboration, openness and knowledge sharing.

To qualify, organizations must be arts or cultural non-profits working within the Edmonton area. This program is reserved for community outreach groups.

At other times, this space features works in our Art Rentals and Sales Gallery
