June is Indigenous History Month and to celebrate, we are highlighting Indigenous artists such as Jane Ash Poitras, Joane Cardinal-Shubert, and Amy Malbeuf in our featured exhibition AGA100 Act 3: Words to Worldmaking. Each artist reflects on culture, history and legacy in their unique way. Using collage techniques, textiles and mixed media, create a series of artworks inspired by themes of identity, freedom, fairness and a connection to nature.
