Cinema For Seniors | 'At Eternity’s Gate'

Join us at our monthly Cinema for Seniors screening taking place the 2nd Friday of the month at 2pm at the AGA. This month we are screening At Eternity’s Gate.

The films will be screened in our Ledcor Theatre in English which is in the lower-level of the gallery. This program is around 2 hours in length, including a 30-minute discussion after the films with tea and treats. If you are a senior looking to partake in art experiences and meet fellow life-long learners, this program is for you.

At Eternity's Gate (110 Minutes, Rated PG)

At Eternity's Gate is a 2018 biographical drama film about the final years of painter Vincent van Gogh's life. The film dramatizes the controversial theory put forward by Van Gogh biographers Steven Naifeh and Gregory White Smith about Van Gogh’s death. The film is directed and co-edited by Julian Schnabel.

If you have any questions or concerns about the content, questions on accessibility, or if you would like to be notified about upcoming films or to suggest a film for screening, please email programming@youraga.ca.
