The Art Gallery of Alberta respectfully acknowledges that we are located in Treaty 6 Territory and Region 4 of the Metis Nation of Alberta. We respect this as the traditional and contemporary  land of diverse Indigenous Peoples including the Plains Cree, Woodland Cree, Beaver Cree, Nitsitapi/Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Anishinaabe/Saulteaux/Ojibwe and Dene Peoples. We also acknowledge the many Indigenous, Inuit and Métis people who make Alberta their home today.

REMIX Discussion Club – Hubert Hohn: Edmonton Entrances and Suburban Landscapes

Meet at Guest Services

Do you love to read, think and chat, but don’t have time to do all that? The AGA and EPL have partnered to create REMIX, a new way for you to engage with current exhibitions through the medium of your choice. Read a book, check out an article, listen to a podcast, or browse a social media feed. Bring it all together at the AGA where we will tour the exhibition and have a conversation around common themes, facilitated by EPL.

On July 24 join a REMIX inspired by Hubert Hohn: Edmonton Entrances and Suburban Landscapes, an exhibition which features photographs from the 1970s of Edmonton doorways and entrances. We’ll be meeting in the gallery for a quick introduction to the exhibition and then gathering on the outdoor terrace to enjoy the summer weather.
