Creative Paths in Mindfulness

Tuesdays from 6pm to 9pm

De-stress and return to yourself! Mindfulness is a contemplative practice that can reveal new understandings and deep personal meaning.  It is also fun and relaxing!  Start the New Year 2018 by making art using easy, low skill techniques that can reveal pathways of mindful creation and expression.
