CALGARY, AB | Focusing on small batch, functional art ceramics, Teresa Wyss creates unique works that are all wheel-thrown, covered in black slip, and hand carved using the sgraffito technique. She works in porcelain stoneware clay body, and all of her glazes are formulated from her own recipes.
She is inspired by her childhood spent on a farm and her love for the outdoors. She currently works out of her home studio in Calgary where she lives with her husband and three children.
