EDMONTON, AB | Born and raised in Edmonton, Rebecca's creations are inspired by the beauty of the prairie sky and the mountain landscapes of Alberta. She believes that dull fabrics have no role; instead, she advocates for the celebration and integration of beauty and colour in every crafted piece.
Each project is sewn in repetitive cycles of cutting and stitching, with an ever-evolving vision for the final composition. This process mirrors Rebecca's restless, inquisitive nature and the desire to approach each endeavor with enthusiasm and an open mind.
Inspired by the challenges and solitude of the Coronavirus Pandemic, Rebecca discovered a renewed appreciation for artistic expression and her passion as a sewist, finding solace and joy in the creative process.
