Lakota Tootoosis is Plains Cree from the Poundmaker Cree Nation and has been hoop dancing for twelve years. Tootoosis has performed in Taiwan and Alaska and travels extensively throughout North America, entertaining audiences at various venues. The hoop dance is a formation storytelling dance, you will see formations like the butterfly, eagle and the world to name a few. You can use your imagination to see a variety of images transform throughout his performance.
