Andrea Itzeck

EDMONTON, AB  |  Andrea is a skilled goldsmith and printmaking artist. Born and raised in Bavaria, Germany, she learned the art of making jewelry from a master goldsmith. During her apprenticeship, she studied the handcrafting of precious metals into unique and high quality pieces of art. Andrea exerted her creativity out of her own studio and continued to further her education by taking classes at the European Academy of Gold and Silversmithing in Germany.

Moving to Edmonton in 2007, she opened her studio, Sui Generis, and has been designing, handcrafting and selling one-of-a-kind jewelry ever since.

For her jewelry designs, Andrea uses mostly gold and silver, and metals like copper and steel. Additionally, she uses precious and semi precious gemstones, as well as pebbles, fossils, bone and enamel. Extending her artistic ventures, she has discovered a passion for printmaking.
