b. 1945 Breda, Netherlands / Canadian Citizen BFA Honours (1966) and a Masters of Art degree (1972) from University of Calgary. Fine Arts diploma Alberta College of Art (now Alberta University of the Arts, Calgary, AB.,1968). Fine Arts Faculty at ACAD in painting, drawings and printmaking (1973-2003) and awarded Professor Emeritus in 2004. Notable exhibitions include Alexandra Haeseker: Twenty Years (Illingworth Kerr Gallery, ACAD, 1992) and an emphasis on international venues such as at The Musée des Beaux-Arts (2015, Liège, Belgium), The Shengzhi Art Museum (2015 Beijing, China) and The Centre for Book Arts (2013, New York City, USA).
