The Art Gallery of Alberta respectfully acknowledges that we are located in Treaty 6 Territory and Region 4 of the Metis Nation of Alberta. We respect this as the traditional and contemporary  land of diverse Indigenous Peoples including the Plains Cree, Woodland Cree, Beaver Cree, Nitsitapi/Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Anishinaabe/Saulteaux/Ojibwe and Dene Peoples. We also acknowledge the many Indigenous, Inuit and Métis people who make Alberta their home today.

Camp 2: Jul 9 – 13: Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm
Camp 3: Jul 16 – 20: Mon – Fri, 8:30 am – 4:30 pm

Volunteers will receive a daily lunch break and will be assisting AGA Staff Educators in facilitating camp activities including art making, touring galleries and some off-site excursions. AGA volunteers receive a free membership to the AGA after 30 hours, so volunteering for 1 of these camps ensures you will receive your Individual Adult Membership this summer!

Be part of exciting summer programming at your AGA! If you’re interested and available for one of the shifts listed above, please contact volunteer.services@youraga.ca.

Please note: Volunteers for ArtBreak camps will be required to successfully clear a criminal and vulnerable sector check.

See you then!
