Deanne Underwood

EDMONTON, AB  |  Growing up in a military family, Deanne moved from Labrador to Manitoba and finally Saskatchewan. She became a professional dancer after graduation which took her from Toronto to Vancouver. She has been a resident of Edmonton since 2003, raising a family and running her own business as an RMT. With family spread from coast to coast, she and her family continue to travel Canada, visiting their favourite people and places.

Deanne fell in love with art at a young age. She began teaching herself how to work with wool in 2017 and started creating in earnest in 2020. What began as a passionate hobby quickly grew into a full time business.

Her work has been featured in House & Garden UK magazine, the Edmonton Public Library, The Square Foot Show and at Harcourt House Gallery. She is an officialy vendor at the Old Strathcona Farmers Market, participates in YEG Artwalk, Strathearn Artwalk and is now proud to showcase her work at ShopAGA.
