We also acknowledge the many Indigenous, Inuit and Métis people who make Alberta their home today.

#AGALive | Social Media for Artists with the AGA and CARFAC Alberta

Location
Online via Zoom

Are you an artist that would like to learn how to use social media better to support your practice?  Join us for this free program by social media strategist Linda Hoang on how to use social media for creatives organized by the Art Gallery of Alberta and CARFAC Alberta. This program is hosted by Michael Ameyaw (Social & Digital Media Coordinator, AGA) and Chris W. Carson (Executive Director, CARFAC Alberta). Social media can be a powerful tool for artists. In this session, learn strategies and tactics to establish and grow an engaged social media following that can help artists share their story, expand their reach, build a loyal audience, sell their work, and achieve their goals and objectives.

You can participate in this hour-long program online through  our free livestream. At the end of this program, we will reserve time for an audience Q&A. Please register in advance.

This program is part of a partnership between Carfac Alberta and the Art Gallery of Alberta, which supports the professional development of creatives in Alberta.
