Art on the Block 2023

Sponsored by

Auction Items and Event Program
Join us for Art on the Block (AOTB) on May 5, a glamourous evening with the opportunity to outbid the competition and take home stunning, original works of art donated by some of the most recognized visual artists in the province, as well as one-of-a-kind experiences and packages donated by local businesses and makers.

AOTB is the AGA’s largest fundraising event and one of Edmonton’s most unique, sought-after and talked-about social gatherings that support local artists, makers and businesses.

The Curator’s Champagne Preview (6-7pm) is an exclusive pre-event mixer. Guests can add to their ticket to get access for an advance tour of the auction exhibition led by Executive Director Catherine Crowston, enjoy early access to the bid-sheets, and have a chance to “beat the auction” on those must-have pieces ahead of the main event.

With General Admission (7pm until late), guests can mingle, explore the AOTB exhibitions, connect at our elegant host bar, enjoy elevated culinary creations and take in exciting live entertainment throughout the evening.

Add on a Premium Bar Card for exclusive access to the Bidder’s Lounge to enjoy elevated cocktails provided by your own private mixologist…without stepping too far from the action.

Your support for AOTB empowers the AGA's exhibitions, programming and education for all ages.
