The Art Gallery of Alberta respectfully acknowledges that we are located in Treaty 6 Territory and Region 4 of the Metis Nation of Alberta. We respect this as the traditional and contemporary  land of diverse Indigenous Peoples including the Plains Cree, Woodland Cree, Beaver Cree, Nitsitapi/Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Anishinaabe/Saulteaux/Ojibwe and Dene Peoples. We also acknowledge the many Indigenous, Inuit and Métis people who make Alberta their home today.

Seniors Group | Aging Artfully tours 'Dance Party' with Curator Lindsey Sharman

Join us for a special "Aging Artfully” seniors program highlighting the exhibition Dance Party. Join us at 2pm for an introduction of the exhibition by curator Lindsey Sharman. We will then invite everyone to explore the videos in Dance Party at their own pace. Afterwards, please join us for a group discussion on our outside Terrace space. Since we will be outside (weather permitting), we encourage everyone to bring sunglasses/sunscreen, and we will provide some iced tea and treats.

Due to popularity, we encourage advance registration. We will keep a number of tickets available at the door as well. This curator-led program is for self-identified seniors and is included with admission to the gallery. Admission to the Gallery is $10 for seniors, or Free for Members of the AGA. Learn more about membership here.
