Linda Craddock
Born in Vegreville, Alberta, Linda Craddock graduated from the Alberta College of Art in 1974 and received a Master of Fine Arts Degree from the University of Calgary in 1988. Her work has been exhibited in public galleries internationally in the USA, Poland, Czech Republic. In Alberta, public exhibitions have included the Art Gallery of Grande Prairie, Art Gallery of Alberta, Glenbow Museum, Nickle Arts Museum and the Whyte Museum. Solo exhibition venues include the Visual Arts Alberta Gallery, Edmonton and the One on One Gallery, Medicine Hat as well as some artist-run galleries. The Alberta Foundation for the Arts, The Art Gallery of Alberta and the Canadian Museum of Contemporary Photography in Ottawa has acquired her work for permanent collections, as have numerous corporate and private collectors.
