En plein air refers to the act of making studies or sketches outdoors. Sketch in the gallery and then transform sketches into paintings in AGA studios. Alter, crop or add to your initial sketches. Learn creative watercolour techniques and borrow images from Undaunted: Women Artists of the 19th Century.

Enjoy a tour through the RBC WorkRoom: Gloria Mok - Metamorphosis exhibit and then join us for an in-studio exploration of some of the mediums the artist uses! India ink with pen and brush, watercolour, oil pastel, and paper cut-outs are a few materials to try out!
