Meet the Instructor:

Tori Lunden Tori's classes are always a lighthearted and eclectic environment. She delights in teaching people who, like her, never thought yoga was something they could do or enjoy. Her emphasis on positive body awareness and respect for individual needs allow everyone to practice in a way that feels safe, accessible, and beneficial. All her classes are trauma-sensitive and use adjustment consent cards. Tori has been teaching yoga since 2009 and has a degree in Social Work through the University of Calgary.
