Meet at Guest Services

Do you love to read, think and chat, but don’t have time to do all of that? We’re shaking up the AGA Reading Club with our new partner, the Edmonton Public Library, and brand new ways for you to engage with current exhibitions through the medium of your choice. Read a book, check out an article, listen to a podcast, or browse a social media feed. Bring it all together at the AGA, where we’ll tour an exhibition and discuss common themes.

On March 20, we invite you to join us in thinking about themes presented by the exhibition Undaunted: Canadian Women Painters of the 19th Century. Topics of conversation will range from the barriers 19th century women had to overcome to pursue professional careers in the arts to what it means to be undaunted in pursuit of passion.
