The Heart of the City Music Program (HCMP) is a student group at the University of Alberta that provides free music lessons to over 100 inner-city children throughout Edmonton each year. Their Performance Troupe consists of young musicians who volunteer their time and talent by playing at public venues to raise awareness for HCMP's mission of using music to enhance the lives of at-risk youth. Come learn more about HCMP and support the Performance Troupe as they perform live at the Art Gallery of Alberta!
