The Art Gallery of Alberta respectfully acknowledges that we are located in Treaty 6 Territory and Region 4 of the Metis Nation of Alberta. We respect this as the traditional and contemporary  land of diverse Indigenous Peoples including the Plains Cree, Woodland Cree, Beaver Cree, Nitsitapi/Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Anishinaabe/Saulteaux/Ojibwe and Dene Peoples. We also acknowledge the many Indigenous, Inuit and Métis people who make Alberta their home today.

What’s Ahead this Month at your AGA

FacebookTwitterPinterestShare

We know that the holiday season is busy and the month wraps up quickly! But not so fast… at the AGA, we continue to bring you exciting programming events and inspiring education classes this December.

Take part in Art for Lunch, where you will learn about Canadian landscape paintings from the AGA collection. Bring the family to the Gallery for innovative experiments with charcoal, ink and paint on our next All Day Sunday. Just for teens: stay late, meet artists, make art and eat snacks at SWARM.

Guests of all ages can join in and have fun this month at your AGA.
