The Art Gallery of Alberta respectfully acknowledges that we are located in Treaty 6 Territory and Region 4 of the Metis Nation of Alberta. We respect this as the traditional and contemporary  land of diverse Indigenous Peoples including the Plains Cree, Woodland Cree, Beaver Cree, Nitsitapi/Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Anishinaabe/Saulteaux/Ojibwe and Dene Peoples. We also acknowledge the many Indigenous, Inuit and Métis people who make Alberta their home today.

ShopAGA is always working to bring you unique products that support Canadian art and culture, so we’re proud to announce that we’ve brought in luxury designer Warren Steven Scott earrings in a variety of colours.

Warren Steven Scott is a member of the Nlaka’pamux Nation, whose territory is located in the interior of present-day British Columbia. Scott graduated from Ryerson School of Fashion in 2016 and debuted his Fashion clothing line, Sissy, at the inaugural Indigenous Fashion Week in Toronto.  Scott describes his design approach to Sissy as “a modern image of fashion through an Indigenous lens”.

Scott’s bright coloured jewelry stands out on his models every time they walk the runway. The pieces are based on Coast Salish designs inspired by his West coast background.

Shop AGA currently carries three styles of Warren Steven Scott earrings:

    • Double Bar Earrings

    • Salish Chandelier Earrings

    • Inverted Ovoid Earrings
