Inspired by classic film noir themes, this Refinery late-night art party invites you to slip into something a bit more noir. Are you the femme fatale with the smoking gun, the private detective on the case, the ex-gangster looking for redemption or the victim of circumstance? Intrigue is the game and murder is in the cards so be sure to dress the part.
