Collagraphy is a type of printmaking. A ‘matrix’ is built from layers of collage before printing. Work with a variety of materials to create textures inspired by the Peter von Tiessenhausen’s exhibition. Then, work your way to a final print edition.

Inspired by the William Townsend exhibition, let’s look at Edmonton in some new ways. Drawing from memory, and then from what you are looking at, hone your skills at seeing. Develop this into a drawing with strings and yarn and watch your line become sculpture. Weather permitting: outdoor sketching!
