We also acknowledge the many Indigenous, Inuit and Métis people who make Alberta their home today.

During summer 2017 we held evening tours on Tuesday at 6pm of Past Imperfect: A Canadian History Project led by Edmonton community members.

Every Tuesday, starting July 4 until August 22, the Community Tour series was led by members of diverse communities in Edmonton who shared with visitors their unique perspectives on the stories and history presented in the exhibition. Community partners included iHuman Youth Society, ASSIST Community Services, Alberta Council for Ukrainian Art, as well as select Edmonton based artists.

Watch for additional community tours in the fall of 2017 in other exhibitions.
