These informal learning workshops focus on making connections between theory and practice in a fun and social environment.

Each session features a new concept, exhibition exploration and several hands-on art projects. You learn a practical, hands-on project inspiration to bring to your classroom.

Workshop themes focus on visual art concepts applicable to all ages and to other areas of the Programs of Study.

Intensive studio workshops

Learn about studio art practices and ways of creating from qualified artists. Each session covers the essentials of art-making including experiments with new and traditional materials, idea generation, strategies for bringing more art into your classroom and resources to take home.

Customized professional development

Half day
9:30 am-12:30 pm
$25/person with a minimum of 10 people

 

Full day
9:30 am-2:30 pm
$45/person with a minimum of 10 people
