What to know about education program bookings

Programs run from September to June. Please book your program at least 2 weeks in advance. All programs connect to current exhibitions, which change periodically. Our schedule fills up quickly during the school year, so book early.

Book your program online

Once you have booked, you will receive an email from the Education Business Manager, confirming your time or suggesting new dates and times.

How can I change or cancel a school program I have already booked?

To change a booking, please contact the Education Business Manager, Nicole Reeves. Any changes or cancellations to bookings made less than 10 business days before a program will be subject to a cancellation fee of 20% of the total booking fee. Please refer to the last line of your invoice for this sum.
