A genre-bending performer, Von Bieker’s music may best be called ‘Alternative Folk,’ with influences ranging from Radiohead to Glen Hansard; Bahamas to Hall and Oates; Cockburn to Cohen. Expect a blend of atmospheric originals and well-curated covers. Also expect a bowtie. Von Bieker plays regularly in Edmonton and has hosted open stages and produced local shows, working with dozens of musicians, visual artists, and writers. His second EP, Where The Love Comes Easy, was released April 29, 2017 and is available wherever fine music is sold or streamed.
