Terry Fenton, former director of the Edmonton Art Gallery (1972-1987), the A.C. Leighton Foundation, Calgary (1987-1993) and the Mendel Art Gallery, Saskatoon (1993 1997), has been a dedicated and accomplished landscape painter for over 45 years. His current paintings reflect a deep affection for the prairies, capturing the big skies and changing light of the Western Canadian landscape.
