The Art Gallery of Alberta respectfully acknowledges that we are located in Treaty 6 Territory and Region 4 of the Metis Nation of Alberta. We respect this as the traditional and contemporary  land of diverse Indigenous Peoples including the Plains Cree, Woodland Cree, Beaver Cree, Nitsitapi/Blackfoot, Métis, Nakota Sioux, Anishinaabe/Saulteaux/Ojibwe and Dene Peoples. We also acknowledge the many Indigenous, Inuit and Métis people who make Alberta their home today.

Culture Shocked Hot Sauce

CALGARY, AB  |  A graduate of Le Cordon Bleu in Sydney, Australia, Chef Kyle Hanna has worked around the world. From Michelin Star restaurants in London, to Two Hat restaurants in Melbourne. After eating his way through India, Asia, Australia and Europe, Kyle has returned to his hometown of Calgary to continue his passion for food and fermentation. By taking classic dishes and ancient methods, then fusing them with worldly ingredients and an international twist, he ensures a product that is both unique, interesting, and tasty - the result is Culture Shocked.

ShopAGA proudly carries a large variety of Culture Shocked Hot Sauce!

What is Culture Shocked Hot Sauce?

By taking the finest produce and preparing them lovingly, we create the perfect conditions to harness the unseen power of wild cultures. What results is a product that is all natural, unpasteurized, preservative free, and teeming with live activity. Our products are healthy, earth conscious and above all else, delicious!
