When should I arrive?
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your ticket time.
You may access the Gallery through the main doors on the corner of 102 Avenue and 100 Street. You may also enter via the lower level at the Churchill Station LRT entrance.
What should I bring?
Remember to bring your tickets or ticket confirmation form.
Please leave large bags and heavy coats at home or in your car wherever possible, although a coat check will be provided. If you bring a camera, please note that while photographs of the building and architecture are permitted, no photographs can be taken within exhibition spaces.
Parents should note that strollers are not permitted in the Gallery.
How long should I plan to stay?
Guests are asked to keep their visit to one hour to enable as many Albertans as possible to share in Qualico Family Day. We encourage you to return for a more leisurely visit during public hours.
How will visits be organized?
Upon arrival, you will be asked to line up with the other visitors in your time slot on the Gallery’s main level. In order to ensure the most enjoyable visiting experience, approximately 60 guests will begin their visit every ten minutes, as directed by AGA staff and volunteers. Again, we ask that you keep your visit to one hour in order for as many people as possible to participate in Qualico Family Day.
Can I come even if I don’t have a ticket?
Only guests with a valid timed-ticket will be admitted on Qualico Family Day; this applies to AGA Members as well.

Photography
Camera use is not permitted in the exhibition spaces.
Please note: photographs and video footage of the public are being taken by both media and the Art Gallery of Alberta throughout our two-day opening. Images and video acquired by the AGA during this period may be used for promotional purposes.
Food and Drink
Zinc resto lounge is open today for light lunch. Coffee and snacks are available on the Lower Level at the L1 Espresso Bar.
Shop AGA & Art Rental and Sales
Shop AGA & Art Rental and Sales will be open for the duration of the day.
