From Shawna Dempsey and Lorri Millan to General Idea, queer contemporary artists have used printmaking and multiples to activate social and political change. A mentored team of four queer youth go behind the scenes at the Art Gallery of Alberta and the Society of Northern Alberta Printartists (SNAP) to curate an exhibition featuring print-based artworks by queer Edmonton youth.
In partnership with the Institute for Sexual Minority Studies and Services, University of Alberta and Exposure: Edmonton’s Queer Arts and Culture Festival.
