This exhibition, drawn from the AGA’s collection, includes works produced in the seven year period between 1981 and 1987. Featuring the work of 15 contemporary Edmonton artists, the exhibition is a distilled moment in the significant history of modernist abstraction in Edmonton. 7 Years in the City is the second in a series of exhibitions to be presented in 2012 that celebrates the diversity of the local art scene as represented by works in the AGA collection.
