The Biennial & Contemporary Art with Dara Armsden
In anticipation of the Biennial opening on January 25, Art for Lunch this month asks the questions: what is a biennial? How is a regional biennial like the Alberta Biennial similar, yet different from a biennial like the Venice Biennale? And what are some of the ways viewers can approach the content of these exhibitions? Held in conjunction with The News from Here: The 2013 Alberta Biennial of Contemporary Art.
