EDMONTON, AB – The Art Gallery of Alberta (AGA) will be unveiling Jonathan Kaiser: Celestial Bodies in the RBC New Works Gallery from August 14 to October 11, 2010. In this exhibition, Kaiser creates an intricate installation based on his childhood bedroom using found and obsessively crafted objects and drawings. Since graduating from the University of Alberta in 2005, Jonathan Kaiser has exhibited his work both locally and internationally.

One week later, on June 26, 2010, the AGA will also open Reframing a Nation, the first exhibition of works from the Gallery’s permanent collection since the opening of its new building in January 2010.
